1. Overusing Sheet Masks

❌ Myth: "Daily masking = better hydration."
✅ Reality:
✔ 1-2 masks/week max
✔ Beyond 15 mins → Over-hydration weakens skin barrier
✔ Best for: Quick plumping (not long-term moisture)

2. Over-Cleansing Oily Skin
